These terms apply to the free local visibility audit offered by PersuadeTech LLC on this website. By submitting an audit request, you agree to these terms.

Using the audit

Use the tool only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. Provide accurate contact details and do not submit passwords, payment information, customer lists, or other sensitive information. The audit uses business information, search terms, and location choices you provide, along with available third-party data.

What the report means

The report is an informational snapshot, not a guarantee of search rankings, customer leads, revenue, or a particular business outcome. Listings, rankings, competitor information, and estimates may be incomplete or change by location and time. Review any recommendations in light of your own business circumstances.

Delivery and contact

The audit is free and does not require you to purchase services. The tool may ask for your name, business details, email, and phone number to generate or deliver a report and respond to your request. Consent to marketing calls or texts is separate and is not required to receive an audit. You can ask PersuadeTech to stop sales follow-up at info@persuadetech.com.

Provider and privacy

The audit is provided through Paige/LocalMarketingManager, a service from Merchynt. Information entered into the embedded tool is processed to run the audit and deliver results. See our Privacy Policy for more about the information we and our service providers handle.

Availability and questions
