PersuadeTech LLC, based in Wyoming, United States, operates this website. This policy describes how we handle information from website visitors and people who contact us or request a visibility audit. It does not replace any separate agreement covering customer data we process for clients.

Information you provide

Our audit forms collect your first and last name, email address, business name, business location and goals, and an optional website address. We also receive any other information you choose to include in a message or email. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or lists of your customers through these forms.

How we use information

We use your information to review your business’s visibility, respond to your request, discuss relevant services, and manage our communications with you. We also use information as needed to operate and protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an audit request does not enroll you in a newsletter. You can ask us to stop sales follow-up by emailing info@persuadetech.com.

Website hosting and service providers

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions. Submissions are delivered to our business email and may also be stored within Squarespace. Hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Squarespace also receives technical information about visits, including IP addresses, browser and device information, and website activity, to operate and secure its platform. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA for security, spam, and abuse prevention. It processes technical and interaction information and uses a necessary security cookie for risk analysis. See Google’s reCAPTCHA data-processing information.

Our embedded local visibility audit uses Paige/LocalMarketingManager, a service from Merchynt. When you use the tool, the provider receives the business you select, your keywords and location choices, and contact details you submit, which may include your name, email address, and phone number. It processes this information to generate and deliver the audit and make the request available to PersuadeTech. We use it to send your results and respond to your inquiry. Consent to marketing calls or texts is separate and is not required to receive the audit. The provider also has its own Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to rights or safety. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
